NOTD: Fall Fashion

Hello everyone =) It's good to be back! I've actually came back last week, but my camera was with my parents, and had to wait a bit more. Last week I've been invited by Essie Turkey to do some manicures & nail designs at the Fashion's Night Out Istanbul. It was really fun and relaxing after the job interview I had earlier that day. I must have given about 30 manicures, because the Essie Good To Go I was using was 3/4 down in the end. Most of the people wanted to try out the Fall 2011 colors, and Essie Fifth Avenue was the star of the night. It's my favorite red ever, along with China Glaze Hey Sailor. It's a neutral & very bright red. Other favorites were Very Structured, Power Clutch and Carry On.

I've also got 4 of the 6 Fall colors, thanks to Essie. The ones I picked are Power Clutch, Carry On, Case Study and Very Structured.

I really love these colors together, and I decided to do a manicure using all of them. I did some basic designs, like plaid, stripes and squares.

Herkese merhaba =) Geri dönmek çok güzel. Aslında geçen hafta döndüm ancak kamera babamdaydı, bu yüzden biraz daha beklemek zorunda kaldım. Geçen hafta Essie Turkey tarafından tırnak desenleri yapmam için Fashion's Night Out Istanbul'a davet edildim. O günkü iş görüşmemden sonra oldukça eğlenceli ve kafa dağıtıcı oldu. Herhalde 30 manikür yapmışımdır, çünkü kullandığım Essie Good To Go cilanın 3/4'ü bitmişti. Çoğu kişi 2011 Sonbahar renklerini denemek istedi, ve kalıcı koleksiyondan Essie Fifth Avenue gecenin yıldızı oldu. China Glaze Hey Sailor ile birlikte en sevdiğim iki kırmızıdan biri. Parlak, nötr bir kırmızı. Diğer favoriler ise Very Structured, Power Clutch ve Carry On oldu.
Bu arada Essie sayesinde 6 Sonbahar renginden 4'üne sahip oldum. Seçtiklerim Power Clutch, Carry On, Case Study ve Very Structured.
Bu renkleri yan yana çok beğendiğim için hepsini aynı manikürde kullanmaya karar verdim. Bazı basit şekiller yaptım; ekoseler, çizgiler, kareler gibi.
Çok geç oldu, o yüzden kısa yazdım; ama yarın daha fazlasıyla döneceğim! =D

  2. Thank you, @Nicole! =) I did some daisies, roses & evil eyes =D The colors offered by Essie for manicures were a bit limited, so I did basic designs only =)

  11. Wow this looks so cute. I'd love to know how to do these designs and did you use any tools?

    I have bought Essie's Glamour Purse, Case Study and Lady Like from the new Fall/Autumn Collection online. I can't wait to start wearing them. Currently waiting for them to arrive in post.

    Today, I'm wearing China Glaze "Lubu Heels". I feel like I have Ruby Red Shoes like Dorothy wore in the Wizard of Oz. It's so pretty against the black.

    Lubu Heels is my first polish this Autumn/Fall.

  14. Tam sonbaharlık olmuş. Bana böyle İngiliz üniversitelerinin edebiyat bölümlerini hatırlattı O_O
    FNO'da gördüm seni, bayılacak gibiydin böyle etrafın çılgın kadınlarla sarılmış. Yaklaşamadım bile. :)
